Mentoring and Industry Ambassador Programs
The NAA Canada has relaunched initiatives that represent great opportunities to give back to the INSEAD community by simply being available a few hours per year! Join us on making the NAA an active player in the Alumni career development!
On our Mentorship Program, we are looking for experienced members who are willing to guide younger alumni through their career development. Mentors and mentees will be paired up for a yearly renewable mandate and a package will initially be provided to help structure the discussion. Mentor and mentee will then plan the subsequent monthly meetings according to their availabilities.
Become an Industry Ambassador and help guide new grads and experienced alumni through specific industries in Canada. Ambassadors will also support the existing NAA Canada team in organizing industry networking events. In return, ambassadors will be able to expand their current network, build valuable industry contacts and get introduced to top INSEAD talent as they return home to Canada.
