INSEAD Alumni Association France Career Development is much honored to welcome

Erin Meyer, Professor of Organizational Behavior at INSEAD

for a conference followed by a discussion centered on her most recent best-selling book:

The Culture Map: Breaking Through the Invisible Boundaries of Global Business

Professor Erin Meyer will join us to offer a practical and timely perspective on one of today’s most pressing business issues: how do different cultures influence the way to do business when working globally? Often, few have strategies for dealing with the cross-cultural complexity that affect a team’s day-to-day effectiveness. Meyer provides a new way forward, leveraging vital insights for working effectively and sensitively with one’s counterparts in the global marketplace. This dialogue will help you build a more cohesive and successful team that together will bridge gaps, transform differences into assets, and ultimately grow your business.

At INSEAD Professor Meyer program directs the Managing Global Virtual Teams program as well as the program Management Skills for International Business.

Most recently Erin won the Thinkers 50 “Future Thinker” award for 2015 and has had her worked featured multiple times in Harvard Business Review, Forbes.com, and Fast company. (http://knowledge.insead.edu/users/erinmeyerinseadedu)
