2020 AGM – Notice of Meeting and Call for Director Nominations 

The 2020 Annual General Meeting of the INSEAD Alumni Association Australia & New Zealand Limited (NAA) will be held via video conference at 13:00 AEST on Wednesday 24th June 2020. You need to register to attend, and if you cannot attend the meeting, you can appoint a proxy. 

The Notice of Meeting and related documents can be viewed and downloaded on the NAA website.  

The NAA President and two directors are completing their first term and have nominated for re-election, and there are an additional three directors who can be elected, one of whom must be located in NSW or the ACT. If you are interested in standing for election please use the form provided or contact one of the current directors whose details are at the bottom of this email. 

This notice is being sent to all Australia & New Zealand alumni, but only financial members of the NAA will be able to attend and vote at the meeting.
