Webinar with Flávio Canto

“One of the ideas in judo is that every time you fall, you have to stand up stronger than you were before. You have to learn something from that defeat”, Flávio Canto.

In this webinar, Flávio Canto, INSEAD PGA’ 2018, will discuss with Professor Felipe Monteiro how he has taken the lessons he learned as a judo Olympic medalist to his NGO Instituto Reacão which is transforming the lives in some of Brazil’s roughest neighborhoods. Today, more than ever, understanding how to recover from a fall is a key capability that leaders and organizations need to develop and strengthen.
