The INSEAD INDEVOR Club Brazil and the

INSEAD Women in Business Club Brazil invites to:

Racial representation in MBAs: gaps and ways to improve.

Wednesday, 13th April 2022, from 12h00 to 13h10 (UTC-03:00)

At the last Women in Business Club event, an issue that we consider very important was brought up for debate.

In a brief observation, it is easy to notice the lack of racial representation in colleagues coming from Brazil.

With this problem in mind, the INDEVOR Club, together with the Women in Business Club, proposes that at its next event there will be a discussion and collaboration to address solutions.

In this way, we invited specialists in inclusive recruitment for MBAs to discuss how we can work for greater representation in the pipeline of candidates and in the set of Brazilian students at INSEAD.

We believe that the involvement of our alumni community in this debate is essential for the changes to take place.
