Lukasz Kiniewicz is Executive Search consultant and C-level Recruiter – Head of Digital Practice and Professional Services Practice at Amrop Poland.
Lukasz has 20+ years of professional experience. He has held management & executive positions (including CEO roles) in several high tech & telecommunications companies.
Prior to operational roles, Lukasz had worked for over 10 years as a management consultant (A.T. Kearney, IBM, Accenture) leading projects for various clients with significant international exposure in Europe & Middle East.
His expertise includes Strategy, CRM, Business Processes, IT Systems Integration and Project Management in Telecommunication, High Tech, Payments and eCommerce industries.
Lukasz graduated from Kozminski University, where he obtained his M.Sc. degree with distinction.
He also received Minister of Education Scholarship for top students as well as Ronald S. Lauder Foundation Scholarship in New York, USA. Lukasz holds a Advanced Management Program from INSEAD.
