In this session, James will begin with a Case Study of a Female CEO, discussing various issues such as addressing conscious and unconscious bias in an organization being led by a female leader for the first time, double standards, resistance to change, advocating for yourself and transcending organizational norms in order to be authentic to yourself as a leader. He will also discuss the value of working with a coach at different points in your career. Lastly, James will conduct a real-time coaching demonstration with a volunteer.
