Alex Rink (MBA 97J): A 3-time serial SaaS/DaaS entrepreneur, Alex advises both early stage companies and private equity funds on generating growth and successful outcomes for their businesses. Previously, Alex headed up M&A, merger integration and partnerships and alliances at Numerator, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company. He came to Numerator via the acquisition of 360pi, which he led to product market fit, profitability, and award-winning market leadership. Prior to starting his entrepreneurial career during the dot com era, Alex was a consultant at Bain & Company and led production material control for a Ford/VW joint venture in Europe. When he’s not strategizing growth opportunities or sitting in on web calls, Alex will most likely be found cycling, hiking, or spending time with his family.

Omar Hunaidi (MBA 08D): AVP Strategy & Growth, Sun Life Canada.

Omar is a business strategist with expertise in designing and implementing strategies for Fortune 500 companies, governments, and non-profit organizations. His focus is on growth and organizational optimization, and has experience working in multiple geographies including the Middle East, the US, and Canada. In his current role, Omar co-leads the Strategy and Growth mandate for Sun Life Canada. He is ex-BCG, having spent 6 year in the consulting industry.

Gibran Lalani (MBA 10D): Associate Partner @ Prophet – Growth, Innovation & Business Transformation

As a management consultant, Gibran focuses on helping businesses grow through customer led product & experience innovation, new business models, and transformation management. Prior to becoming a consultant, he covered Private/Growth Equity in Asia, ran a business in immigration services, worked in structured finance in New York, and had a brief stint working in politics and public policy at the beginning of his career.
