“Nicolas thrives on bringing people together to seize opportunities, drive innovation and enjoy life. With over a decade of global leadership experience, he has worked at the intersection of strategy, digital transformation, and people leadership.

Originally from Reunion Island, Nicolas has lived across three continents and is now based in Montreal. After six years at BCG advising global leaders and three years as Senior Director at Groupe Dynamite, he now provides Executive Coaching to leaders focused on personal growth & driving impact. Holding an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Business Strategy, Nicolas is President of the INSEAD NAA Canada. In his spare time, you’ll find him adventuring outdoors—whether kitesurfing, hiking with his wife and golden retriever, or traveling the world!”

“Indra has spent over two decades building a career at the intersection of business, government, and social impact organizations. She is originally from Vancouver, lived in London, UK for 10 years, had a short stint in France, and is now based in Montreal. She started her career in finance/risk management/accounting, became an entrepreneur, and is currently the President & CFO of a Canadian national digital skills charity, Digital Moment.

She has degrees in both Business Administration and Public Policy and is a qualified CPA. She sits on the Board of Start-up Montreal (President of the Audit Committee/Treasurer) and the Start-Up Committee at Mila. She completed the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Program in 2019 (ISEP) and has also completed an executive training in Impact Management & Measurement at Oxford in 2022.”

“Nathalia was born in Colombia and has lived in Canada for the past 13 years. She has a background in engineering and global experience in management, operations, strategy , marketing and product development. She loves traveling (specially to Colombia), jogging and is passionate about technology, digital transformation and personal improvement”

“After graduating from INSEAD, Sajeel has worked in start-up space in fintech and is currently working as Director Corporate Strategy at Sun Life.  Before INSEAD, Sajeel worked extensively in leadership roles across financial services, including fintech space, in Pakistan and Malaysia”

“Karolina is passionate about meeting people of diverse backgrounds and working together to foster innovation, develop strategic solutions, scale businesses, and drive positive social impact. Originally from Europe, Karolina has lived in seven countries (UK, Russia, Switzerland, USA, Canada, France, and Singapore). She also speaks five languages (English, French, Russian, German, Croatian / Serbian).

Holding a Master in Management from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree from Schulich School of Business and HEC Paris, Karolina has pursued her passion for finance, embarking on a career in Private Wealth. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world with her fiancé (26 countries & counting), mountain skiing, horseback riding, hiking, or taking long walks in nature. Karolina is also an avid dancer, and her interests extend to literature, history, classical music, and jazz.“

“Ginette is a technology business leader with over 20 years of experience and a solid engineering background. She has successfully led global tech initiatives and established a world-leading position in the aviation sector.

Currently, Ginette is empowering tech businesses as a Fractional CXO. She is also a Certified Director serving on various boards, demonstrating her commitment to governance and leadership. Additionally, she shares her expertise as a guest professor and speaker at Cape Breton University in Canada and Frankfurt University in Germany”

“Marty is a Vancouver based enterprise software sales manager. Military veteran and mentor, graduate of US Air Force Academy. Originally from Lithuania – moved to British Columbia for its best outdoors experience. Enjoys salsa dancing and meeting INSEAD alumni for drinks.“
