Hi, I’m Jennifer

I’m an associate professor at INSEAD, and the author of Couples That Work, a forthcoming book on how
dual-career couples can thrive in love and in work. I’ve spent over a decade researching how people’s close relationships shape who they become professionally and personally, and for the past 6 years I’ve been studying the lives of dual-career couples. In addition to researching and working with hundreds of couples that work, I’m part of one myself. I know the challenges and the joys of a dual-career life and through my rigorous research I’ve built a more nuanced approach to guide couples on how to make their lives work for them.
