The SPOT CAREER COACHING is a service provided by our Career Development Centre of Expertise. It is an exclusive service for our members. It allows you to take the time to reflect on your career.
What it is really like?
You seat for one hour on remote or on face-to-face with a certified coach or an experienced INSEAD Alumna/us who is at your disposition for one hour, answers your question, giving you advice and suggesting some next steps.
Who are the coaches?
The coaches are dedicated alumni professionals who generously volunteer their time to assist you at no cost. They strive to balance their professional commitments while promptly addressing your urgent needs.

Nicolas Bontron (MBA’97J) est associé du cabinet Transition Plus spécialisé dans l’accompagnement de cadres supérieurs et dirigeants en gestion de crise de carrière, du simple trou d’air à la situation de départ. En parallèle, et depuis 2006, il intervient à l’INSEAD en orientation carrière d’étudiants MBA et EMBA. Auparavant, Nicolas a travaillé 17 ans en marketing high tech en France, Allemagne et USA. |

Julie Jessup (MBA’88D) has spent her career developing leaders. Her leadership roles in international Human Resources gave her a depth of experience in developing talent to support strategic goals and implementing large-scale change programmes. For over a decade, she has leveraged that experience to coach individual leaders and executive teams as well to design and deliver development programmes for organisations ranging from global banks to hi-tech start-ups. Julie also dedicates a portion of her time to supporting Social Entrepreneurship. She has lived and worked in four countries, is American and French, and coaches in both languages. |

Claire Harbour (MBA’92J) – is an Executive Coach and Consultant specialized in Talent Management and Career Development. She is a dual French/British national, based between Toulouse, France and the UK, and works globally. Her career has spanned almost 30 years, 17 countries, 8 languages and a range of industries and roles. She spent early years with the Swire Group in Asia, the middle with LVMH and other luxury brands in Europe and more recently in various professional services, from Egon Zehnder to strategy consulting, communication and culture advisory and more. Today Claire works with high potencials and executives individually, in groups and in teams to help them boost their performance and career fulfillment. Contect varies from vast corporations to VC’s and startups. She focuses on those who work across borders and cultures, honing in on such aspects as inspiration for challenge and disruptive advancement.

Claude Perol (MBA’82)- has an in depth experience of international pharma sector for more than 30 years. He worked mainly at Sanofi in different senior positions: – Head of Established Products Franchise (10B € – Creation – June 2014-December 2016), – VP Central & Eastern Europe (1.5 B€ – Sept 2007 – June 2014); VP Commercial Sanofi USA (May 2005 – Sept 2007); Head of Business Excellence Pharma (2000-2005); Head of Generic Unit (1993-1999); Health Strategy head at Elf Group (1989-1993); Leader of the Hepatitis B JV in Taiwan (1984-1987). Dana Patrichi (EMBA’08D) est directrice associée au sein du cabinet CapRéa Partner, société spécialisée en conseil et accompagnement RH. Experte en Executive Search et Développement des Talents, en France, comme à l’international où elle à passé plus de 15 ans. Elle est la co-créatrice d’EgoSum, outil d’evaluation RH, et elle accompagne les managers et les dirigeants dans leurs évolutions comme dans leurs transitions professionnelles les plus compliquées. |

Marc-Antoine Hamet (MBA’89D) is a dual national French and Canadian executive coach based in Paris. He previously held leadership positions, including General Manager of L’Oréal’s Professional Products Division in Hong Kong (1993-1997). He later transitioned to roles as an investor, strategic advisor in biotech, and a facilitator for innovative consulting company Synthesis. After spending four years in Delhi with Korn Ferry, he returned to Paris in 2012. Currently, Marc-Antoine works independently, coaching executives and teams to enhance leadership potential and performance. Since 2018, he has been a member of the coaching team for the Executive Master Programme at Ecole Polytechnique. |
