Automotive Industry is going through a period of rapid transition. Covid-19 has a profound impact and in a way accelerated this transition. Disruptive business models were already emerging in pre-Covid times, but what we see are changes becoming more fundamental, leading to uncertainty and to an extent chaos. Value chains are getting transformed with traditional suppliers and OEMs trying to re-engineer themselves. New players are appearing in the horizon. Car of the future will be complex, connected and autonomous. New services and subscription-based models will emerge.

In this lecture series, we would like to share with you and discuss ideas about future mobility. We have invited two speakers for the evening.

Our first speaker is David Schwedhelm  from McKinsey Center for Future Mobility. He will focus on how the automotive value chain is changing and how the traditional and new players are adapting, sharing with us a few case studies.

Our second speaker is Martin Hoff from Allianz Partners. Martin will talk about how Insurance is adapting to new business models and enabling the transition to Future Mobility.

We look forward to welcome you.
