Participants of ON TRACK, the mentorship Program of the INSEAD WiB [email protected] are invited to a coaching session with Hanneke Dingen, MBA‘91, Master Certified Coach and Mentor Coach, founder of The Jane Company in the Netherlands. The focus of the training will be on basic coaching skills and how to keep momentum in peer-group or mentor-mentee sessions. The session is also open to alumna interested in On-Track.

Hanneke is an INSEAD MBA (’91), a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Mentor Coach. She works one-on-one with high-achieving professionals and leaders, and co-creates and facilitates customized transformational leadership programs.
Hanneke built a professional career for 14 years in international business environments, like Hewlett-Packard, TBWA and Procter & Gamble. Since 2001, she has fully dedicated herself to developing people and founded her coaching business.
She is based in the Netherlands, and serves a national and international client base with her own team of The Jane Company. The mission of the Jane Company is to bring new balance and more sustainability in leadership. Besides this, Hanneke mentors coaches and contributes as a member of global coach networks.
Hanneke is a strong believer in personal leadership as a key to positive transformation in people, organizations and the world. In her work, she combines her sound professional and entrepreneurial background with spiritual wisdom, engaging enthusiasm, empathy and care.
On the personal side, Hanneke is married to Kees van der Geer, and mother of 2 adolescent daughters. She enjoys traveling, wining and dining with friends, tennis, mountain walking and yoga.
