This dinner date is again organized and moderated by Faye Cardwell, owner of Quaranvino & sommelier. Her dinners give wine lovers the unique experience of meeting the owner of the winery that made the wine they’re drinking without needing to travel to the vineyard.
You are invited to wine, dine and then network with Sergio Bolla, the youngest generation of owners of Valdo. Valdo is the appellation’s absolute leader in terms of quality and quantity producing over 20 different labels of Prosecco in various styles, methods and production areas.
When you sign up for the dinner, Quaranvino will send you 2 bottles of wine to your home: a traditional, high-quality Prosecco usually reserved for restaurants, and a Prosecco made in the cru of Cartizze. Only one registration is needed per household.
Quaranvino will provide recipe suggestions so you don’t need to stress about what to cook, and a link to join the virtual wine tasting. During dinner you’ll discover the diversity of Prosecco and have the opportunity to network with fellow diners in virtual breakout rooms.
Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or someone who just enjoys a glass of great wine, Quaranvino’s dinners are a fun way to learn more about wine and experience an entertaining evening without the complications of leaving home.
We wish you a happy New Year!
