Frank Arsenyadis (British)

Trust Research Fellow and Clinical-Academic  Dietitian at the Leicester Diabetes Centre  (UK). Research focused on weight loss  optimization (maximize fat loss and minimize  muscle and bone losses) in chronic disease.

Frank will give insightful yet practical tips  about how to use food as fuel, and abouhow to eat to avoid diseases

 

Lore Daelman (Belgian)

Masters in Rehabilitation & Physiotherapy from  Ghent University and MSc in Clinical Exercise  Physiology from Loughborough University. Physiotherapist with private practice  experience, now doing a joint PhD in Movement  & Nutrition at Brussels and Ghent Universities.

Lore will discuss sedentary behaviors due to  physical inactivity and practical  implementations of improving our daily activity  and the underlying benefits of them

“Sustainability of Self” 

Learn how to take better care of yourself without it feeling as if it is just another thing you’re adding to-do list. Joe Holder offers an actionable talk on how to engage in self care practices that do not have to be tedious or seem silly and self-indulgent but instead just a necessary strategy that will help you feel better while balancing your career and life. Most importantly, it can be fun too! 

Joe Holder is the founder of The Ocho System®, an integrative wellness strategy and design philosophy that seeks to help people improve their personal health by focusing on their physical health first. This philosophy was developed during his time at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also the co-founder of the non-profit System of Service, founder of Exercise Snacks by Joe Holder™, Nike Global Trainer, and wellness columnist for GQ. His work focuses on making wellness “culturally relevant” and approachable for the consumer.

Joe got his notoriety for being known as the “personal trainer to the fashion elite” around the world, working with the likes of Bella Hadid, Naomi Campbell, Romee Strijd, Virgil Abloh, Bonnie Wright, Natasha Lyonne, Deresk Blasberg, Heron Preston, Ricardo Tisci, and more. His unique and holistic approach and cross-collaborations caused him to be named one of the most influential people in health and wellness. Building upon his skillset, he then also began consulting and working with brands as the enterprise of health and wellness grew. He has served as a creative consultant for smartwater, advisor for Hyperice, collaborator for Architecture c/o Virgil Abloh, advisor for Hyperice, wellness expert for Dyson, is the first person to have a MasterClass focused on health and wellness, and more. Joe also has been invited to speak at various companies and institutions including Spotify, Tik-Tok, Nike, University of Minnesota, Chase, Louis Vuitton of the Americas, Code Con, University of Pennsylvania, Snap Inc, Salesforce, Bloomberg, and more.
