Time: Evening (time to be confirmed). There will be a sandwich dinner, good wine and discussion

Location: Brussels area, exact location will be communicated to you in January

Subject: Working in a board with family shareholders/directors, minority financial shareholders/directors and independent directors. Diversity in backgrounds, time horizons, interests but same focus on the company!

– the subject will be introduced by François Gillet and Xavier Coirbay of Sofina => their own experience and some questions to feed the discussion.

– Ludo Van der Heyden will most probably join us

– the objective is a sharing of experiences while keeping our guiding principle in mind : “informal and confidential meeting”
