INDEVOR, INSEAD’s Global Impact Network is holding its 25 Anniversary Conference on 8 November at INSEAD. Early bird tickets will end on 10 October so please sign up today!

INDEVOR (MBA Club) is a pioneer in the field of Social Impact. Founded in 1993, it is the first grassroots organisation run by students, addressing areas of international development, not-for-profit organisations and socially responsible businesses in developing and developed countries. INDEVOR Global Impact Network “IGIN” is the alumni analogue to INDEVOR. Our mission is to encourage others to employ Businesses as a force for good in Society. 

This year, we celebrate INDEVOR 25^th year anniversary as well as INSEAD Alumni efforts to further contribute to society through the launch of INSEAD Global Institute for Business and Society “GIBS”.  In this highly participatory conference, we invite you to “Challenge what you think you know about impact”. INDEVOR founders Katie Smith Milway and Phlippe Dongier as well as Dr Katell, GIBS new executive director and IGIN president Greg Blackwood will lead the conversations. A cocktail party with music will close the celebration.

29-30 June (Fri/Sat) on Fonty campus the INDEVOR Founders will officially celebrate their 25th reunion on that weekend, and have welcomed any and all interested students and alumni in the area to reach out if interested in meeting up. This will coincide with the Women in Business Conference.

On February 12th Sir Winfried Bischoff will speak to the INSEAD alumni community to share his insights and 50-years’ experience working in the highest echelons of the Financial Services industry. As Chairman of Lloyds Banking Group, Sir Win managed the company through its challenging post-2008 recovery phase. Sir Win will speak at an event of the INSEAD Alumni Leadership Group. “It is an enormous privilege for the INSEAD alumni community to benefit from the personal insights of a successful senior executive like Sir Win in a direct Q&A session” says Gaby Glasener-Cipollone, Sector Head of the INSEAD UK National Alumni Association Leadership Group.

Although not an INSEAD alumnus himself, Sir Win holds close ties to INSEAD having recently established the INSEAD Bischoff Family Endowed Scholarship to support future INSEAD participants from Southern Africa and South-East Asia.

The UK alumni association is the 2nd largest alumni association worldwide with 6,000 alumni. “INSEAD graduates now run many of Britain’s largest companies, major banks, private equity houses and financial services companies”, says Paul Skipworth, President UK National Alumni Association.
