MyHealth is a comprehensive health platform where customers can track and plan workouts, fitness evaluations, clinical evaluations and social interactions. Gamification provides incentive and nudges for customers to improve their lifestyle and motivate their entourage. An algorithm returns a lifestyle score that reflects overall health of the customer. Customers have the option to share data with insurers and corporate sponsors to get more rewards and discounts. Customers with good lifestyle scores can qualify for lower insurance premiums and discounts on lifestyle products.
