Rob Rooney

Rob Rooney

CEO Morgan Stanley International, Head of EMEA & Global Head of Technology, Head of Diversity

Rob Rooney is a Managing Director, CEO of Morgan Stanley International and Head of EMEA. He is also responsible for Morgan Stanley’s Technology Division globally.

Between May 2013 and January 2016, Rob was the Firm’s Global Co-Head of Fixed Income Sales and Trading. Previously he was Head of Fixed Income EMEA and Global Head of Fixed Income Sales, positions he held from 2009 to 2013. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1990 and moved to London in 1993. Rob was elected Managing Director in 2001.

Rob is a member of the Firm’s Operating and Management Committees. He also serves on the Board of Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. He is chairman of the US-UK Business Council, a founding Board member of the UK’s Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Market Standards Body (FMSB) and a member of the European Financial Services Chairmen’s Advisory Committee (EFSCAC). He is also a member of the Board of Visitors of Columbia College.

Rob graduated from Columbia University in 1989 with a BA in Mathematics and History.

Herminia Ibarra

Professor of Organizational Behaviour, London Business School

 

Herminia Ibarra is the Charles Handy Professor of Organizational Behaviour at London Business School. Prior to joining LBS, she served on the INSEAD and Harvard Business School faculties.

An authority on leadership and career development, Thinkers 50 ranks Ibarra among the most influential management thinkers in the world. She received her Ph.D. from Yale University, where she was a National Science Fellow.

Jennifer Petriglieri

Jennifer Petriglieri

Professor of Organizational Behaviour, INSEAD

 

Jennifer Petriglieri is a professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD. She directs the Executive Education Management Acceleration Programme, and teaches the High Impact Leadership programme, the Leadership Transition programme, and the Psychological Issues in Management elective course in the MBA programme.
