Over 170 EMC alumni gathered in Amsterdam on April 4th to hear from programs directors and leading coaches on change and transition.
Manfred Kets de Vires spoke on the topic of the psychodynamics of leadership through digital distription, giving an entertaining presentation that included lots of humor and questions about names of ancient and current philosophers.
Eric van de Loo held the audience captive with his thoughts on disruption and change as well as the evolution of the EMC program over the next 25 years.
Wendy and Tom spoke were masters of their chosen areas with their own unique styles and content.
