The Global Club Mastering Change -organized as a community of practice- is aiming to make a difference by establishing a vibrant Global Community for EMC(CC) alumni and like-minded who are embracing a systems psycho-dynamic lens to look at change and transition within organizations.

In order to be able to have an impact in this complex, fast changing, uncertain and ambiguous world for Business Leaders we provide a safe transitional and reflective space to help change the world for the better by looking at organizations from a psycho dynamic perspective.

The Global Club Mastering Change is such a transitional and reflective space, organized as a community of practice; by our members for our members.

We defined four pillars of attention to do so;

Awareness; Create greater awareness within the INSEAD community, how to successfully Lead Change focussing not only on the implementation of Processes and Procedures with timelines, milestones and KPI’s but striking the right balance with the human factor in mind and applying the lens of what kind of psycho-dynamics are going on in the organisation related to change and transition.

Connect; Connect our vibrant community of Masters of Change alumni and like-minded with each other through the activities and communication we initiate.

Collaborate; we seek collaboration with a wide variety of Stakeholders within and outside the INSEAD community to create value for our Global Club members.

Thought Leadership; to make great thinking, research and publications easy available for our community of practice.
