Global Mentoring

Interested in learning the nuance of Leading Change in today’s Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous world? The INSEAD Mastering Change Alumni Global Club will launch shortly a Global Mentorship Programme for Leading Change.

If you are interested, please subscribe to our mailinglist via MyInsead and we will keep you posted.

This Programme runs for six months and pairs experienced alumni of the INSEAD Programme Executive Master for Change as mentors with ambitious alumni from any industry to help them mastering Leading Change and Transition challenges within their organizations.

Change is complex and never easy. Several research show that 70% of Change initiatives fail… and that only 8% of transformation is still embedded in organizations. In a world where change is the only constant you better can get this right!

The Mastering Change Global Alumni Club offers you a unique opportunity to gain new INSEAD insights on successful leading change. It is aimed at tapping the knowledge, experience, and a deep desire to give back to the community of our members and at encouraging members to become more involved and impactful with the Alumni Association and Mastering Change Global Club.
