For companies’ long-term financial success, it is vital to add a sustainability track record, competencies and mindset as must-have selection criteria when appointing senior business leaders, argue INSEAD alumni Hans Reus and Pieter Ligthart of leadership advisory firm Russell Reynolds Associates.
In this session, they will discuss why this is the case, how sustainable leaders can be evaluated, and which obstacles they encounter.
