Global INSEAD Day 2020 – INSEAD’s first ever digital edition!
We are thrilled to invite you to the digital event of the Dutch Alumni Association on 11 September, 19h-20h, followed by random dinners.

As Ilian mentioned, INSEAD and more than 20 NAAs will be rolling out a special, digital edition of Global INSEAD Day on 11/12 September 2020 themed The Power of Community and Engagement. During a 24-hour period, our 60,000+ strong alumni community will reconnect with INSEAD and fellow alumni like never before.

The complete 24 hour programme and links to register can be found here. You are invited to participate in as many events across the globe as you want. Registration needs to occur per event and can be done by following the link next to each event.

Dutch contribution: Talk show themed Using tech to impact communities
As part of the overall programme, the Dutch team has been working on a 60-minutes talk show themed Using tech to impact communities with esteemed speakers, including:

  • Teresa Fogelberg, Deputy Chief Executive of the Global Reporting Initiative and Chair of the Transparency Benchmark
  • Ingo Uytdehaage, CFO & Co-Founder at Adyen
  • Maurits Schönfeld, General Manager Northern Europe at Uber

Annet Aris (INSEAD professor, author and executive board member) will also be contributing, while Rens de Jong (TV and radio anchor) will moderate the talk show.

REGISTER for the Dutch Talk Show and Random dinners

Random dinners
To facilitate live discussions among alumni and ensure maximum gezelligheid, we will be organising random dinners at the night of the talk show. We invite you to sign up to host a random dinner and celebrate Global INSEAD Day with fellow alumni. Alumni can register as either host or guest, with a maximum of four and one host (so five alumni in total), so as to allow social distancing. Hosts and guests will be matched based on location, and share a meal at the host’s home. In addition to the pleasure of the company of fellow INSEADers, hosts will also receive a surprise gift from the NAA-NL. Finally, please note that hosts and guests will receive COVID-19 instructions after registration and that we will not organise any random dinners if considered inappropriate or undesired in light of the pandemic.
