Ronan Harrington is a pioneering voice in transformative culture and systems change. Until recently, he was the lead Political Strategist for Extinction Rebellion UK, coordinating the political strategy for the last major rebellion. He is now organising Alter Ego gatherings, building a European network of visionaries, influencers and activists that are bridging personal, cultural and political renewal. He is also the host of Alter Ego’s media channel, which brings a psycho-spiritual diagnosis of this moment of profound change. His background is in political strategy and culture change. He has worked as a lead futurist to the British Foreign Office, and as a Director of Futures, Strategy and Animation at RPC, an award winning City Law Firm. He holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford University, and a Masters in Economics for Transition from Schumacher College. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, and has worked in a freelance advisory role for several European political parties.

Welmoed Kronemeijer is an INSEAD EMCCC W17 (Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change), Leadership and Cultural Transformation Facilitator and Executive Coach. After her INSEAD study in 2016, she founded WK CCC, a consultancy focussed on supporting leaders in organisations with Purposeful Transformations, Leadership Renewal and Facilitating Collective Dialogue to create more human organizations with purposeful positive impact on the world. She is deeply passionate about facilitating leadership teams and organizations to connect to their core values and take ownership of their mindsets and behaviours. She is based in the Netherlands and serves a diverse range of international clients with her network. Before starting her business, Welmoed held senior executive positions in Shell and AkzoNobel for 18 years. She has an Executive Master in HR Leadership from the RSM (with distinction), and a MsC. in Geology from the University of Utrecht. She is Fellow of the Dutch Sustainability Club.
