Master the Art of Scaling & Board Membership of scale-ups – June 6, 2019
Large social challenges are as much large entrepreneurial opportunities. Many initiatives exist but only those enterprises that scale move the needle in terms of impact. The odds of scaling are low. From a board perspective what is required to propel the growth and value of a scale-up?
On June 6th we are hosting a unique and interactive event at ScaleUpNation hosted by our INSEAD Alumnus Menno van Dijk (MBA’90J), founder of ScaleUpNation. ScaleUpNation conducts research on the scale-up success factors, provides support programs for scale-ups, their CEOs and board members and is in process to create a growth fund.
During this event we will reflect with Menno on the needs, opportunities and challenges of leading Dutch scale-ups. In small group breakouts we will give attention to Board membership of scale-ups, as we know many INSEAD alumni have an interest in this.
