The INSEAD Alumni Association Netherlands cordially invites you for an inspiring evening about what makes workers tick, followed by our AGM.

Given the trend towards increasing flexibility in the world of work, Eden McCallum is excited to present its findings from their recent survey that highlights the difference in motivators between consultants in traditional firms and those who have joined the gig economy.

They will then introduce comparable trends that we are seeing across other sectors and invite us to discuss how these trends are impacting our own sectors.  We will debate how we can benefit from opportunities arising from this fast-moving trend and how we can mitigate potential threats.
