“Semiconductor” has been a trending word on news taglines since recently as the industry becomes increasingly critical to our global economy. Today, we are facing a severe semiconductor shortage in a.o. automotive, production of medical and home appliances and all types of products. Everyone of us is relevant to semiconductors as we are using them in our smartphones, having meetings on Zoom, and watching Netflix at home everyday. In this dynamic industry where lots of innovations are happening, founded in 1984, ASML has grown 14x to a $270B company within the past decade, ranked the 31st largest public listed company worldwide in terms of Market Cap.

How is the future of the semiconductor industry and why ASML is so relevant for this industry? Dr. Antonio Mesquida Küsters will share some of his stories and viewpoints with INSEAD alumni and will take questions from participants. The session will be held in the English language.
