Leading Together is a Portugal INSEAD Alumni Association initiative, in partnership with McKinsey & Company, Nova SBE and Euronext, aimed at bringing awareness to the challenges and benefits of true gender balance in organizations. Gender diversity yields numerous benefits to organizations, including higher levels of creativity and innovation, greater customer satisfaction, better investment decisions and increased performance. In order to grow awareness on this topic, the event will launch the Leading Together Index (starting this first edition with the universe of Portugal’s PSI-20 companies, roll out to other countries to follow) – a tool for business leaders, investors, consumers, policymakers, journalists, students and other change agents. The conference will also recognise the best ranking companies in the Leading Together Index and award a prize to the top-ranking company. and award the best-ranking company in the index.
