2nd Annual INSEAD Women in Business Conference on SOCIAL DISRUPTION: Momentum for Change

Although the discussion on gender diversity in various fields and their related problems has been kicked off, there is still a lot of work to be done and change that has to take place. It will require equal participation from corporates, academics, governments, religious institutions and most importantly a radical shift in our thinking process.

The event will include inspiring industry speakers on the subject from BCG and Microsoft and workshops held by BCG and Kay Formanek, CEO of Diversity and Performance, concluding in a panel discussion of topic experts.
