Women in Leadership Lunch – Building a culture of trust

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

WiB Alumni Club: Women in Leadership Lunch: Building a Culture of Trust

Friday, 15 February, 12pm – 2pm at Senso Ristorante & Bar

How can leaders build a culture that results in high-performing teams? What are the elements to a culture that honour both people and results?

Culture is to people what soil is to a plant. Organisations with a culture of trust are more profitable, attract more talent, have actively engaged and fulfilled employees who contribute above and beyond the call of duty.

A graduate of INSEAD and Tsinghua University, Rachel Ong (TIEMBA14Jan) is a champion of Culture Building. She has helped organisations (both SMEs and MNCs) and worked with CEO / C-level MNC clients in the Education, Banking and Finance, and Manufacturing sectors in Singapore. Rachel has undertaken C-suite interventions, including helping SME founders develop a people-focused culture, helping MNCs and Institutes of Higher Learning reconcile leadership teams, restoring trust, and as a result, improving their cohesion and effectiveness.

She currently serves as the Chief Executive of ROHEI Corporation, recognised by Great Place to Work as one of the Best Companies to Work For in Singapore (2015 – 2018), as well as recently, as a Top Employer Brand (2018) which recognises companies with high employee engagement and strong cultures.
