The INSEAD Women in Business Student Club is excited to announce the kickoff of the IWiB mentorship program for the current 17D class and beyond.
We are seeking INSEAD alumni, both male and female, with at least 3 years of post-MBA work experience, or EMBA participants, who are interested in mentoring a current MBA student. This will involve supporting an MBA student in their personal and professional development through occasional phone calls / in-person meetings depending on preferences and geographic proximity.
The exact nature of the commitment can be fully at the discretion of specific mentor-mentee pairs. Our expectation is that mentors and mentees connect in person or via phone once every few months as well as exchange occasional emails. The duration of the commitment is also open, but we are hoping to establish long-term relationships that can continue through a student’s early career and can ultimately prove mutually beneficial.
We would be extremely grateful if you could pass this information along to the members of your club, and if anyone is interested in being part of this program, please let us know. We will match each mentor to a mentee based on job/industry, location, and background.
