Consolidating the iniciative we starded two years ago, we have the pleasure to invite you to the III Iberian Event, an annual gathering co-organized with our Iberian neighbors and friends of the Portuguese INSEAD Alumni Association, that will take place in Évora, Portugal (City World Heritage Site and capital of Alentejo wine region) on May 24-26th 2019.

We have scheduled an entire weekend program combining management update, networking and tourism from Friday night until Sunday morning (Entire Program (EP)). However, in order to adapt to less flexible agendas, we also offer 2 shorter programs: Official Program Plus (OP+), from Saturday morning until Sunday morning, and Official Program (OP), from Saturday at 18:30 for the management update until Sunday morning. As you can see, it presents a unique opportunity and an unforgettable experience.

We will close the registration as soon as we reach 50 people (ONLY FOR INSEAD MEMBERS).

Please note that travel expenses to Évora are not included.

We will arrange hotel rooms for all of the participants no later 1 month before the event.

¿Cuál es la política de reembolsos?

Se devolverá el 100% de la entrada si avisas con 1 mes de antelación a la fecha del evento y un 50% si avisas con 15 días de antelación. Para fechas posteriores, consultar con la Asociación.

Puedes llevarla impresa o en el móvil (código QR)

¿Puedo actualizar mi información de registro?

Sí, puedes actualizar tu información en https://www.insead.edu/ entrando en MyInsead y cambiando tus datos

¿Se puede transferir la tarifa de mi registro o entrada?

Sí, en caso de que compres una entrada doble y finalmente asistas solo, se puede cambiar de una entrada a otra y viceversa.

¿Puede no coincidir el nombre que aparece en mi entrada con la persona que asiste?

Sí, pero la persona que asista debe ser socio si has comprado una entrada de socio
