Hemos reservado en exclusividad “Las noches de la Suite”, una experiencia gastro escénica que se desarrolla en la gran Suite Presidencial del Hotel Eurobuilding y que combina la alta cocina de Luis Bartolomé con el teatro como nunca antes lo has visto. Conviértete en voyeur de un historia interpretada por actores protagonistas de series como “El Secreto de Puente Viejo”, “Las chicas del cable”,  o “El Ministerio del Tiempo”.

Al terminar la obra de teatro tendrá lugar la cena-cocktail y acabaremos la noche tomando una copa en la coctelería de Diego Cabrera, en el lobby del hotel (consumiciones por cuenta de los asistentes).

The Stanford Alumni Association has partnered with the d.school’s Bill Burnett, ’79, MS ’82, and Dave Evans, ’75, MS ’76, to create a video-guided activity that will walk you through design-thinking exercises and help you discover simple changes you can make in your routine to live a more joyful life.

Don’t miss the opportunity to attend this unique event and join us for the Digital Transformation INSEAD Forum, that will take place on October 25th (Mr. José Luis Sancho, Partner and Innovation Lead at Accenture, will welcome us), including a masterclass session with INSEAD Professor and Deputy Dean Peter Zemsky, followed by an industry experts panel moderated by Peter himself.

It is not surprising that digital has come to dominate the discussions of global business leaders from New York to Shanghai. How can we make sense of these profound shifts? What are the implication for business strategy and management education? To what extent do you need to change your approach to strategy for an age of digital disruption and transformation? Why the increasing emphasis on strategic agility today What are the limits?

Management education is not immune to these dynamics. Both content and delivery need to adapt. With entrepreneurial spirit as one of its founding values, how is INSEAD rising to the challenge? Come hear directly from Professor and Deputy Dean Peter Zemsky, who is an expert on strategy and innovation and responsible for INSEAD’s digital and tech strategy.

After the masterclass, we will have a round table with three industry leaders moderated by Peter Zemsky:

The event will take place at the new Accenture auditorium on the 31st floor of Torre Picasso, with amazing views of Madrid. Then we will move to the innovation Hub (7th floor) to share a dinner/cocktail from 21:00 to 22:30.

2019 Alumni Recognition Awards

Following the success of the 2018 Alumni Recognition Awards, the INSEAD Alumni Association (IAA) and INSEAD are pleased to announce the 2019 Alumni Awards and call for nominations. For details about the awards criteria and nominations, please click here. To nominate an alumnus/a for an award, please complete the online nomination form by 1 November 2018.

This year, we have introduced two new categories which aim to recognise outstanding career achievements among our alumni, who demonstrate exceptionality in one or more of the fields related to the area they have been nominated for. The 2019 list of awards will include the following:

  • INSEAD Alumni Force for Good Award
  • INSEAD Alumni Global Entrepreneurship Award
  • INSEAD Alumni Emerging Entrepreneur Award
  • INSEAD Alumni Achievement Award (NEW)
  • INSEAD Young Alumni Achievement Award (NEW)
  • INSEAD Alumni Volunteer Leader Award

All INSEAD alumni are encouraged to submit nominations. The Award Committee made up of INSEAD Alumni Association and INSEAD Alumni Fund volunteers, alumni, faculty and staff, will review all nominations. The awards will be presented to the recipients at one of INSEAD’s upcoming Global Alumni Forums.

 

 

 

Results from INSEAD’s Alumnae Impact Survey

As part of INSEAD’s iW50 celebrations the school has undertaken for the first time a global study to assess how alumnae impact the organisations and societies in which they work. In this webinar, INSEAD professor Zoe Kinias will reveal the results of this research and discuss how the iW50 goals will be carried on by INSEAD’s Gender Initiative.

The webinar will be moderated by Helen Duce (GEMBA ’13, Executive Director of the INSEAD Gender Initiative) and will be joined by Ilian Mihov, Dean of INSEAD who will talk about the school’s work to put societal needs at the centre of value creation.

The speakers will discuss:

  • Business as a force for good
  • Impact of INSEAD alumnae and the results of the global alumni survey
  • The INSEAD Gender Initiative
  • How INSEAD impacts business and society

Speakers
Zoe Kinias is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD and the Academic Director of INSEAD’s Gender Initiative. Zoe’s teaching topics focus on leadership development and social issues at the intersection of business and society. She conducts psychological research in applied/business contexts.
Ilian Mihov is Dean of INSEAD and a Professor of Economics. His research is on topics related to monetary policy, fiscal policy and economic growth. He holds a PhD degree from Princeton University and a B.S. in business administration from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina where, in 2006, he was recognised as a Distinguished Young Alumnus.
Helen Duce is Executive Director of INSEAD’s Gender Initiative, Leader Lean In Singapore and a sustainable business consultant. She has an MBA from INSEAD (EMBA’13Dec) and is an adjunct Professor at CUHK (Chinese University of Hong Kong) where she teaches sustainable business.
