The November AVM focused on refining and finalising the IAA’s next 3-year strategy in collaboration with the NAA, NAC and Global Club presidents who were present. During a lively session led by INSEAD faculty Gabriel Szulanski, volunteers honed the IAA’s strategy, focusing on networking, career development and lifelong learning. The action plan will be shared at the next AVM and used to build upon the strong foundation that has been established. Please see here for some photos from the weekend.
