We spent the first day of Summer@INSEAD building trust and connections in the beautiful forest of Chateau de Courance. Our 16 teams carried out a number of friendly and strategic competitions like dropping tennis balls into a basket from a beam 3 meters above the ground.
Trust games followed where students were challenged in leaning onto one another to find balance while standing on two strings a few meters above the ground.
The trip to the forest ended with fun and lively presentations of the day and the behavioural learning elements that teams had identifies.
