Professor Van Der Heyden outlines the process of Fair Process Leadership, an integrative approach to Leadership that emphasises high levels of transparency and open engagement with stakeholders, resulting in better decision-making and leadership.
Britta Bureau, CEO KPA Pension, will share her story on how she is building the company on the basis of business as a force for good, and how she is utilising value based leadership to facilitate the journey. Britta is also Chairman of the Swedish Scout Association and will share how they are using value based leadership to make an impact.
