Jointly with KPMG Switzerland and the INSEAD Alumni Association Switzerland, the Swiss-African
Business Circle organizes an interesting evening event on supply chain and profit repatriation.
Promising outlook for economic growth has put many regions in Africa on the limelight for investors.
While investment into Africa is many time quite easy, repatriation of the profits is not. A solid supply
chain planning including optimized customs, withholding taxes and transfer pricing considerations is
necessary to avoid unwelcome surprises.
KPMG Switzerland Partners Reiner Denner, Head Africa and Peter Schmid, Supply Chain will discuss
various aspects of an efficient supply chain and profit repatriation model. They will also share
insights on specific cases involving Africa.
