Swiss Pensions Conference

Geneva

Dear Member,

On 4 December 2014, pension fund professionals from across French-speaking Switzerland will gather at the CICG Conference Center in Geneva to address some of the most challenging and practical issues facing the industry today.

This is a one-day private conference for decision makers of pension funds and their paid advisors as target audience. However, there is a small contingent of seats reserved at full price for Members of CFA Switzerland who do not fit the target audience description. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.

All delegates will receive a confirmation that their participation counts towards the mandatory continuing education required for trustees.

Note, all presentations are in French, but will be translated into English.

Key note speakers at this year’s Swiss Pension Fund Conference include:
  • Professor Wyplosz: Professor of International Economics at the Graduate Institute in Geneva
  • Marco Bagutti: CIO at the  Substitute Occupational Benefit Institution LPP
  • Elisabeth Bourqui: Pension Fund Manager at ABB Group
  • Christophe Schaer: Head of Treasury & ALM at Swiss Social Security Fund
  • Serge Ledermann: CIO at Retraites Populaires
  • Elena Manola-Bonthond: Head of strategic planning at the pension fund of CERN
  • Pierre Cardon: responsible for external fund management activities of the  Bank for International Settlements (BIS)
Join parallel workshops to discuss the real issues of technical rates for different players: affiliated, insured, actives, retired, etc; or the role of pension funds in the financing infrastructure either collective or industrial and commercial.

This conference is a unique network opportunity for pension fund board members, employees and their advisors.
