Dear Alumni,
You are invited to engage with a distinguished panel about the value-added of diversity on boards, with a focus on gender diversity, a contribution of the INSEAD Women in Business Club to the celebration of Women at INSEAD.
Women on boards: what value do they add, Geneva
April 19, 2018
Join us to walk through journeys to board work with our panelists, all alumnae and well-qualified to address the evening’s discussion topic. The panel will cover what board work means for us, how we came into these roles, positives negatives and how diversity has been additive to board processes and decision-making. The panel will share experiences of different board situations: publicly traded, private equity-owned, private companies, family businesses and across different countries and sectors. Join us to exchange experience and perspectives!
