Laurence Amand-Jules, MBA ’99D

Laurence Amand-Jules, is a Non-Executive Board Member and the former CFO at Sportfive International, Lagardère Sports. Before that she founded and led the first French crowdfunding startup, Charitic. Earlier she worked in FMCG performing strategic planning, finance and analysis functions.
She is an active INSEAD alumna and is involved in several professional women’s networks in the Geneva/Lausanne area. She currently serves as a mentor for Fintech Fusion, a start-up accelerator in Geneva.
Mafalda Tenente, MBA ’06J

Mafalda Tenente is a Strategy Advisor and the former Head of Marketing Global Emerging Businesses in the Animal Health division at Eli Lilly, and previously Novartis. She has held a variety of roles in Marketing, Strategy and Finance in healthcare, hospitality and arts.
An active member of the INSEAD alumni community, Mafalda served on the Basel Chapter committee for three years. She currently serves as an expert for the Kickstart Accelerator program, part of the new Digital Switzerland ecosystem.
Mary Antenen, IDP-C ’16O
Mary Antenen is a Non-Executive Director at the state-owned Portuguese bank, CGD. Her prior corporate career included 30+ years in various strategic and operational financial management positions within international organizations, including as CFO. She is a graduate of INSEAD’s International Director’s Programme, and an active member of the INSEAD alumni community. She is involved in several other Zürich based associations, and currently serves as an advisor for SONECT, a Swiss FinTech start-up.
Anne-Claire Moulin, MBA90 ‘D
Anne-Claire Moulin is a Non Executive Director and a Consultant, helping companies grow through customer centric strategies and plans. Her prior corporate career included 25+ years at P&G, where she held a variety of leadership roles in Strategy, Marketing Insights & Analytics and Finance.
She is an active member of the INSEAD alumni community, and benefited from the first IWIB Mentoring programme, both as a mentor and as mentee. She is involved in several other Geneva based associations, and currently serves as Treasurer of the P&G Alumni network.
Kathrin Niederlaender, GEMBA’17
Kathrin Niederlaender is an Operations executive that develops and deploys strategy across Operations with a digital touch in the Consumer goods sector. She has held a variety of leadership roles in operational excellence, operations strategy and business development in Nestlé, Givaudan and JnJ. She is passionate about advancing diversity and inclusion, connecting and developing people. As an active member of the INSEAD alumni community Kathrin develops and strengthens partnerships with other business schools.
Andrea Ullmann, MBA ’10J
Andrea Ullmann is a marketing and sales executive with a strong expertise in business development and commercial strategy within the medical device industry. She has held a variety of roles in Marketing, Strategy, Communications, Project Management and Commercial excellence in USA, France, Germany and Switzerland.
Andrea is an active member of the INSEAD alumni community. She is passionate about creating a more equitable world and is involved in various organizations that support this. Andrea is also the host of Fish in the Boardroom, a podcast focusing on how to bring more Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Swiss Leadership.
