Being fluent in the languages and cultures of men and women is the new must-have leadership trait in business now that women represent the dominant talent pool and dominant market makers. Managers who seek engagement from 100% of the talent and strong connections with 100% of potential consumers need to become ‘Gender Bilingual’, according to Avivah Wittenberg-Cox, CEO of the premier gender consultancy 20-first. Learn about what Gender Bilingualism is – its leadership style and strategies in a presentation, followed by a Fireside Chat between Avivah and Dominik Schaller, Partner, Egon Zehnder.
