Karsten Drath, Managing Partner, Leadership Choices

Karsten is an accredited Leadership Coach since 2006 (International Coach Federation, the Centre for Creative Leadership and the World Economic Forum). Prior to his consulting career, he held leading positions at Accenture, Bombardier Transportation and DELL. In his last position, he built up DELL’s European business consulting organization.
