Class Mosaic Guide & Guidelines

The mosaic is meant to feature photos personally selected and uploaded by the graduates showcasing their unforgettable #INSEADmoments. All the photos together will collectively form the name of the Class.

The gallery will be visible live on the relevant #INSEADGrad page on insead.edu closer to graduation when the graduation websites are made live, but you can already add photos!

Important Note: To post the mosaic on social media or with your family and friends, we recommend sharing the INSEADGrad page rather than the platform itself to avoid external parties uploading and commenting.

The mosaic on the platform is unlisted from search engines; meaning, it is private but can be shared and viewed on the INSEADGrad site.

The uplaod function will automatically be turned off at the day of graduation once it is made fully public. If you want to upload new photos past this date. Please reach out to the team at [email protected]

Please share only photos that:

  • you’ve taken or have the right to share
  • are appropriate for a diverse audience
  • foster a positive, diverse community
  • never show alcohol, drugs, or anything that can be misconstrued as a gang sign
  • contain credible threats or hate speech.
  • Please avoid posting repetitive content.

Add your photos to the mosaic — Quick Tutorial:

Guest upload:

  1. Access the mosaic on the Mosaically website via the link that was sent to you.
  2. Click on the Add Photos button below the mosaic.
  3. Select pictures either from your device or from your social media accounts.
  4. Click on upload.

Voilà!

Credited upload:

What does credited upload means? Your name appears below your photos, you have ability to comment and like photos. This also allows you to delete, crop, and find your picture inside the mosaic.

  1. Access the mosaic on the Mosaically website via the link that was sent to you..
  2. Click on the Add Photos button below the mosaic.
  3. Click on Log in for full experience.
  4. Login via one of your social media account or quickly create a Mosaically account.
  5. Once you are logged in, click on the Add Photos button.
  6. Select pictures either from your device or from your social media accounts.
  7. Click on upload.

  • Social media Accounts: display the gallery of your account and lets you chose photos from there. (Select a photo, and click on the upload button, this will send the photo to the platform.)
