Institutional Communications

How to make a communications request

As a general rule, anything that is communicated externally must always first be communicated internally.

Remember that anything communicated to staff on the Europe Campus must be translated in to French for legal reasons (the Communications team can translate content from English to French).

Global internal communications (i.e. to all staff / faculty / students / participants) must be channelled through INSEAD Communications (via your Student Life contact).

The INSEAD internal communications channels include

  • Internal Announcement emails
  • INSEAD Weekly newsletter (staff, faculty, PhDs)
  • MBA & MIM newsletters (managed by those respective teams)
  • One INSEAD (intranet for staff, faculty, PhDs)
  • Screensavers (staff and public PCs)
  • Campus screens (managed by respective screen owners)
  • INSEAD Staff Meeting (staff only)

Process to communicate internally

  • Via your Student Life contact
  • Provide all relevant information (title, content, target audience, communication dates, desired communication channels, any supporting visuals)
  • Your Student Life contact will channel this information to INSEAD Communications via our internal communications forms

For any clarification regarding Student Club collaterals creation, please contact your Student Life and Club Officers @ INSEAD CLUBS: [email protected].

Prior to production, all planned collaterals bearing the INSEAD logo and club marks should be submitted to your Student Life and Club Officers @ INSEAD CLUBS: [email protected]  for review, at least one week before going to print. Thank you for your cooperation!
