Investment in the living sector in EMEA reached €23bn in H2-2024, 6% higher than the prior year and 59% up on a quarterly basis. The professional private rental sector (PRS) alongside its interconnected housing sectors co-living and student accommodation have become one of the most important real estate sectors for institutional capital driven by fundamental tailwinds.
