A Taste of Japan Cookery Class
Tuesday 13 June, 18:45 for a 19:00 prompt start – 21:30

The evening begins with a glass of Prosecco and antipasti on arrival at The Jamie Oliver Cookery School, then get stuck into a knife skills demo before getting to grips with three Japanese-style dishes.

Japanese cuisine is world-famous, and for good reason – bursting with flavour and using beautifully fresh ingredients, this style of cookery is such a joy to make (and eat!). Using fresh meat, crunchy vegetables and aromatic herbs and spices you will create a delicious meal that will be easy to reproduce at home. At the end of the evening, sit down to enjoy your Taste of Japan with a glass of wine chosen to perfectly complement your meal.
