An evening at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo
Wednesday 14 August

Such was the success of our evening at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo two years ago that we are now repeating the opportunity. Quite simply one of the most spectacular shows you will ever see, the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is a truly global pageant. Staged on the esplanade of Edinburgh Castle every August, its carefully choreographed display of music, dance and precision from around the world is both iconic and breathtaking. This year’s show is entitled ‘Kaleidescope’ and will capture our imaginations through a series of performances bold with colour and light, comparable to the optical invention which was created by Scottish physicist Sir David Brewster in 1816.

Join us for an unforgettable evening at this unique event, with the opportunity to peek behind-the-scenes as the performers warm up and prepare to go on stage before enjoying a pre-show drink in the privacy of the Tattoo’s event HQ, hosted by Peter Lederer (AMP 95J), Vice Chair of the Tattoo and one of our own alumni.
