Agility and Career Management
Tuesday 23 January
This event is supported by London Capital Club
In the same way as industries, companies and organisations need to develop agility to be able to win and remain competitive in today’s rapidly changing environment, so too do individuals. This panel will look at why personal agility and a growth mindset are crucial for individuals to reach their career ambitions. We will talk about how you can develop flexibility, resilience and personal growth in your career and consider when too much agility could come across as unstable, unfocused or lost. Importantly, your career is just one part of your life, so we will also explore how you can relate these concepts to career breaks for sabbaticals, hobbies or family and how to use and position these to your advantage.
