Coaching is widely used at senior levels in corporate organisations. Executive coach Max Landsberg and leadership specialist Declan Woods will aim to de-mystify the topic and demonstrate how coaching is used to support career advancement. They will discuss when to seek a coach, how to choose one and how to get the best from the relationship. They will also advise on getting the most out of mentoring.
Max Landsberg has been an executive coach for 25 years, alongside his career as an advisor on strategy and board level leadership. A former partner at Mckinsey, he moved to Heidrick & Struggles in 2003. In 2014 he moved to Korn Ferry as a Senior Partner to focus on CEO succession and leadership consulting. He has written several bestselling books on coaching, leadership, and motivation. He has a degree from Cambridge and an MBA from Stanford.
